How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, send an email to:

Please include the email address you used to sign in so we can locate your account.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• xYour authentication credentials and profile information
• xYour creation history and saved data
• xAny subscription records (active subscriptions should be cancelled first)
• xAnalytics data linked to your account

What We May Retain

Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law:

• iTransaction records for tax and legal compliance (up to 7 years)
• iAnonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you

Before You Delete

• -Cancel any active subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion.
• -Saved images on your device are not affected — they stay in your photo library.
• -Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• -We will process your request within 30 days.
